Penn Outdoors exists to provide Penn community members with the resources, equipment, transportation and contacts they need to enjoy the outdoors. We do this through a full schedule of Penn Outdoors trips and events, our LISTSERV, blog and Facebook page, and the occasional happy hour.

Penn Outdoors is gearing up for another exciting semester of outdoor adventures! Last semester we had fun going surfing, paintballing, and apple picking. This semester we are going to top that with great outings for hikers, skiers, and everyone else who loves the outdoors. Here's what we have planned for this semester:
Jan 23: Spring Mountain Skiing
Jan 24: Kayak Rolling
Jan 31: Blue Mountain Skiing
Feb 6-7: Gore Mountain Ski Weekend
Feb 13: Hawk Mountain Day Hike
Feb 19-21: New Hampshire ski trip to Mt. Sunapee
Feb 28: Shooting Trip
Mar 6-12: Spring Break Ski Trip to Sugarloaf
Mar 21: Wissahickon Day Hike
Mar 28: Horseback Riding
Apr 3: Glen Onoko Falls Day Hike
Apr 10: Hang Gliding and Skydiving
Apr 11: Rock Climbing
Apr 23-25: Shenandoah Backpacking

Ready for 2 awesome days of great skiing? Here's Mt. Sunapee in New Hampshire for you! Rated #1 in the East for Grooming, #2 in the East for Snow Quality.
We leave on Friday late afternoon / evening, drive up to New Hampshire, stay over on Fri and Sat evening, ski on Sat and Sun, and leave on Sun late afternoon. We'll be back late Sun night.
