Join us for a day of hiking through beautiful PA.
Where exactly?! Hawk Mountain:
"Hawk Mountain Sanctuary is the world's first refuge
for birds of prey. Open year-round, visitors enjoy
scenic vistas, 8-miles of ridge and valley trails, a Visitor Center,
Bookstore, and native plant garden, and the chance to observe the
annual autumn migration of an average 18,000 hawks, eagles and falcons.
Operating as an eco-tourism site, trail fees or membership dues
support scientific research, public education and Sanctuary
maintenance."
We'll drive out around 8am, spend the day hiking, snapping photos of vistas and wild birds, eating lunch at the summit, and generally enjoying a brisk day outdoors!
